Pastry
- 100g of Plain Cookie
- 40g of Melted Butter

The filling
- 2 Egg yolk (L size)
- 1 Full Egg (L size)
- 50cc of Lemon Juice
- 70g of Sugar
- 2 teaspoons of Corn Starch

Meringue
- 2 Egg Whites (L size)
- 50g of Sugar
