Custard Pudding is a very soft and delicate pudding made out of cream, milk, egg yolk and sugar. It is easy to make and an amazing dessert to go with your tea when friends and families are over.
Ingredients
Cupcake cups or Madeleine mold
Madeleine
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon of
Lemon Juice
- Grated Peel of 1 Lemon
- 30g of Almond Flour
- 50g of Weak Flour
- Half a teaspoon of Baking
Powder
- 50g of Melted Butter
Icing
- 5 tablespoons of
Icing Sugar
- 2 tablespoons of
lemon Juice
Making the Madeleine
Add Egg yolk and Sugar into a bowl and mix
Add the rest of the ingrediance for the Madelenine (except butter) to and mix well
Add melted butter to step 2 and mix
Pour step 3 untill it filles up 7/10 of the mold
Place the batch into the oven for 13min at 180 degrees
*If the surface turn burnt, cover it with aluminum foil
Making the Icing
Add Icing Sugar and Lemon Juice into a bowl and mix well
Using a Cornet or a Spoon, decorate the Madeleine and enjoy your Lemon Madeleine!
