Custard Pudding is a very soft and delicate pudding made out of cream, milk, egg yolk and sugar. It is easy to make and an amazing dessert to go with your tea when friends and families are over.
Ingredients (3 Pancales)
Pancake
- 1 Blocked Mochi
- 50ml of milk
- 1 Egg
- 50g of Sugar
- 50g of Greek Yogurt
- 150g of Weak Flower
- 10g of Baking Powder
Topping
- Honey or Maple Syrop
- Butter
Making the Pancake
Cut the Blocked mochi into 12 pieces and put it in a bowl with the Milk
Heat step 1 in the microwave for 90 seconds, than mix until it is smooth
Mix the Egg and Sugar
Add step 3 bit by bit to step 2 while mixing
Add the rest of the ingrediance for the Pancake and mix well
Frigh step 5 on a pan using a lid
Adding Toppings
Add some Honey or Maple Syrop and Butter and enjoy your Fluffy Pancake!
