Japanese Soft Custard Pudding is a very soft and delicate pudding made out of cream, milk, egg yolk and sugar. It is easy to make and an amazing dessert to go with your tea when friends and families are over.
Ingredients (1 Serving)
French Toast
- 80~100ml of Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon of Sugar
- 1 slice of super thick bread
-Butter
Caramel
- 1 tablespoon of Sugar
Making the French Toast
Mix all the ingrediance for the French toast very well
Pour step 1 into a siplock and sit it for a few hours in the refrigeratour untill step 1 has soaked into the bread
Put the Butter in a pan and Using a lid, toast both sides of the Bread untill you see a nice burn
Caramelizing the French Toast
Spread the Sugar in a squar shape on the pan, big enough to cover one side of the French toast
Place the french Toast over the Sugar and heat until the Sugar melts and turns yellowy-brown
Cool the French Toast for a few minutes than remove from the pan and enjoy your Caramelized French toast!
